Size Guarantee

We are confident in our sizing. If you have measured your waist correctly and the underwear does not fit, we will exchange it free of charge.

How to request a size exchange:

Include your order details and a photo of your waist measurement taken at the time of ordering
Once reviewed, we will provide a return address label
Return the products as instructed

Incorrect Size Orders

If you did not follow the sizing instructions or selected the wrong size, we can still assist.

Return the item in its original condition:
Unopened
Unworn
Original packaging intact

Once received, we will review the return. Additional postage charges may apply. We will then arrange your exchange.

Hygiene Policy

Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Worn items
Opened products
Damaged items

In such cases, we may offer a 50% discount on a replacement item.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds
